Refund policy

Digital books, delivered right away

Our books are PDF files delivered immediately after payment. By confirming your order, you ask to receive the book without waiting and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as it is made available to you (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code for customers living in France).

For this reason, a book that has already been delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. To help you choose, each product page shows the table of contents and real pages from the book.

When we step in

• You didn’t receive the book. Check your spam folder, then write to us: we’ll send you the link again.
• The file is unreadable or incomplete. We’ll send you a correct file. If we can’t, we’ll refund you.
• You were charged twice. We’ll refund the duplicate payment.
• The book doesn’t match its description. Write to us and tell us what’s missing: we’ll fix it or refund you.

How to make a request

Write to contact@esnadbook.com or use the Contact page, with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We usually reply within one business day.

Refund timing

An approved refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within fourteen days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your account.

This policy does not limit the legal guarantees you have in your country of residence.
