1. Purpose and seller

These terms of service apply to every order placed on esnadbook.com (brand: E-snad Books). The seller is AMACARE LIFE LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #4164, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States, reachable at contact@esnadbook.com.

By confirming an order, you accept these terms. You state that you are of legal age, or that you have the consent of your legal guardian.

2. Products

The website sells digital books in PDF format. No printed book is shipped. Each product page describes the book’s content, its page count and excerpts. The files open on a phone, tablet or computer with any standard PDF reader.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. The total amount to pay is shown before payment. Prices may change at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.

4. Ordering

You choose a book, check your cart, enter your email address and pay for your order. A confirmation email is sent to you. Double-check the email address you enter: it is the one that receives the book.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, using the methods offered at checkout. It is processed by secure payment providers. We do not have access to your bank details and we do not store them. The order is final once the payment is accepted.

6. Delivery

The book is made available immediately after payment, through a download link shown at the end of checkout and sent by email. Details are in the shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal

The books sold are digital content supplied without a physical medium and delivered immediately. By confirming your order, you expressly ask to receive the book without waiting for the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose this right as soon as the book is made available to you (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code for customers living in France).

8. Right of use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. You may download the book, read it on your own devices and print it for yourself.

You may not resell it, share it, post it online, distribute it in a group or on social media, or reuse its content for commercial purposes, in whole or in part.

9. Nature of the content

Our books are meant for information and general knowledge.

• Books about business and money describe methods and examples. They do not promise any result or any income. They are not personalized financial, legal or tax advice: the rules depend on your country of residence.
• Books about health and prophetic medicine present texts and practices. They do not promise any cure and do not replace a diagnosis, the advice or the treatment of a healthcare professional.
• Religious content is given with its sources. It is not a personal religious ruling: for any question about your own practice, ask a person of knowledge.

10. Conformity and support

If a file is unreadable, incomplete or does not match its description, write to us: we will send you a correct file as soon as possible. You also benefit from the legal guarantees provided by the law of your country of residence.

11. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrectly entered email address, for incompatibility with an old device or software, or for the use you make of the information in the books. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

12. Personal data

The data collected during checkout is used to process your order and deliver your book. How it is processed is described in the privacy policy.

13. Complaints and governing law

For any complaint, write to us at contact@esnadbook.com with your order number. We always look for an amicable solution first.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your order is the one online on the day you confirm it.
